This happened to me today and I read someone else's response. Go to the wacom site here: http://www.wacom.com/downloads/drivers.php and download the driver update. It worked for me.

SOURCE: My Bamboo Fun Tablet pen/stylus is not working.

I had the same problem. I installed the drivers again, unplugged and replugged the tablet, and restarted my computer, but nothing worked.

Go to Start -> Programs -> Bamboo tablet, run the tablet preference utility and remove the settings. this is the only thing that worked for me.

Driver problem or the pen tablet?

Hello, Reena -

So, are you wishing to find and purchase a replacement "pressure thingie" for your tablet? The "pressure thingie", the electronic "pen" for your tablet, is called a stylus.

The Genius G-Pen 560 is manufactured by KYE Systems America Corporation. Go to this KYE web page and look at question 5 and the answer to it:
http://us.geniusnet.com/supports/g-pen-560

This link brings up the list of replacement "pens" which you can purchase:

Best wishes.

Check if there is a syncronise button or connect button on both the pen and the tablet.

My pen doesn't work on my tablet pc. It suddenly stopped working

Does your tablet have an LED to indicate it's being powered? If so, it must be the pen.
Does your pen have an internal battery? If so, it's time to replace it.
Good luck!

Wacom tablet won't recognize pen

Hmm. I've had a similar thing happen with my tablet. Have you tried removing the tablet pen from the list of tools in tablet preferences and then adding it to the list again before checking the 'About' section of the tablet pen set-up and clicking the 'diagnose' button there in? As that worked for me when my tablet pen was not working. The pen was recognized by the tablet after that.
