How to Create a Computer File?

Do you mean "Directory" or "Folder"? Use Windows Explorer to create new folders. Files are created by applications when you save your work. Most Windows applications (like Word) can also create folders. When you click "save as", you get a new pop-up window. The picture with the yellow folder and * next to it is how you create a new folder. When you put a name at the bottom, and click "OK", that makes a file.

What you want is to create a new user account:
To create a user account in Windows 7 and Vista
1. To open User Accounts, click the Start button Picture of the Start button, click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
2. Click Manage another account. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. Click Create a new account.
4. Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.

I have a 507gr gateway. I created a recovery set and then lost them. I tried to create a new set but get the message that one set was already created. It will not allow me to create a new set. Is there any...

By recovery set did you mean the recovery volume on your hard disk or the restoration point you create with Windows Backup and Restore? If it is the later one, you can try to change some settings or install something which will make the system ready for another restoration point if it is not. If it is the first one, then you might need to contact the manufacturer so they can use their tools to create one for you.

I Want to make my wireless internet have a password, because our neighbors are showing up using our internet and also our computer is asking us which internet we choose to use. Kim

you can make a new internet conection, for windows you go to control panel then network connections then go to "create a new connection". then a wizard appliacation will run. With this application go "next" twice then select "set up my connection manually" checkbox . then you need to put in the info of the connection (including a password), and make sure that the checkbox that says "make this my default connection" is checked off. This new connection will be the one you use when you hook up to the internet. If this doesn't work then idno. But for macs idno.
