We just got a new MP 2510 in our office and we did not get the installation CD. Our system admins have been trying to set this machine up on the network all day. Communication to the printer seems to be OK--we can check the status of everything through the web image monitor and we can see the jobs being sent to the printer, but we keep getting the following error "The job was Reset. Command Error. Job has been cancelled"
