Since i changed from windows XP to Windows7 i can't connect my qtek to my pc. can anyone help me? thank you!

It is simply Win 7, it will NOT play well with what it considers "OLD" stuff. You could try Compatability Mode for XP SP2, and running the installer and the program as administrator. Right click on installer & after, the programs .exe and set compatability as related, then run as administrator thats the only shot you got sorry. Unless of course the manufacturer has a driver for Win 7?
