Recovery of factory default software not working on toshiba m115 keep getting error10e7160017 how do i fix this

Hi, I have had the same problem for the past two weeks now. I have changed the hard drive and ram. Still no good, much investigation told me to upgrade the bios. Did that. Still no good. Finally I burnt a disk of the original, I received from Toshiba. Worked like a charm. Apparently the paper on disk is too heavy for the dvd rom. Will be a cheaper option then changing hdds.

Ok, the problem is you have a defective hard drive. You need to get that replaced as soon as you can.
