Question about HP Compaq FP5315 15" LCD Monitor
When I login, the desktop blinks on and off, and if I leave it for 20-30 minutes it then comes on????
It needs the power supply board fixed. I have fixed several like this. It needs 5 or 6 capicitors and a 7.5v zener diode which is really easy to do if you know how to solder. If you dont know how to solder you need to take it to a repair man or buy a new one.
