Oh yeah in the back of some meikos the is a plastic cap round with a Allen key spot the middle and a small hole from time to time romove that cap. Behind it you will find a rubber piece. That has a flap on it clean that and put it back in . It stops unit from draining. A 5 min fix to an annoying intermitten problem

Usually with the 111 code I find the pump is normally leaking. But be a few reasons. Remove the bottom tray and empty water and try and locate leak or if float switch is bad

Error 201 on the Meiko 40.2 undercounter. I am thinking that it is the float switch somewhere, the sump basin is filling up just fine. anybody have this problem?

Check that the water hose is correctly attached and is free of "kinks" or pinching. Also check that the water supply is turned on all of the way.

Error 302

Check the screen and drain line for clogs or kinks. If that's not the problem, then the drain pump is faulty.

What does error code 205 mean on the Meiko FV40.2

This error code means your booster heater is not getting up to the proper temperature. You can check your amp draw across your booster heating element to verify it is in fact heating and not blown. Also, check your temp sensor for resistance. At room temperature, you should read about 1000 Ohms. At 180 degrees, you will read about 1500 Ohms.

Err Code 210

What you need to do is check the resistance of the booster tank temperature probe. The error 210 means a short circuit in the booster temp probe. At room temperature, the resistence should read about 1k Ohms. If you are reading significantly lower than that, then you will need to replace your booster temperature sensor. You also want to check the 4 pin square molex connector on the I/O board on top. Make sure all connections are tight, secure, and that there are no "bridges" across the connections for the temp sensors.

Error Message coming up

Hi, i work on these machines on a regular basis and until very recently i was a Meiko service engineer- the code ERR203 means that there was no change detected at the boiler level switch during emptying- be it on the fill or rinse cycle. This fault is mostly caused by the booster pump failing to pull water but could also be caused by blocked rinse jets or a faulty boiler level switch. Hope this info is of use to you , Kitcheneer
