It sound like you have installed internet explorer.

There are a few option you need to run through get it working properly.

Read the page that is desplayed and complete any options it gives you. Once this is done you will not see that page any again.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do I remove ask form been my homepage and put google back as my homepage?

You downloaded some thing and you didn't remove the check mark from ASK Toolbar, or similar which was bundled with whatever you downloaded.

you might like to download and run MalwareBytes Anti-malware. It is free, or at least you only need the free version. I have the paid version because it prevents malicious intrusions like you have found. https://www.malwarebytes.org/downloads/

IE will not let me set my home page. It keeps

check to see if you have a feature in your security software ( like your antivirus or antispyware software) that blocks homepage changes, if a glitch accidentally changed your homepage, it might not let you change it back
