Which wires do I use for the acc/battery on Dodge Dakota for Radio

One wire stays hot all the time (yellow) and acc is only hot when the key is on. you should be able to find the wires in the original wire harness to the old radio with a test light or a meter.

There is a short buzzing sound from the rear left speeker then CD failure shows up on the display and no sound is produced .Model Sony CDX-GT470U I have wired it up according to the instructions and can't...

The problem was that one of the speeker terminal wires was touching the metal body
of the car on the edege of the hole where the speeker magnet sits.
Once I moved the bare wire a little it fixed the problem.
It's the little wire on the speeker itself not the wire that runs to the player.

Car stereo problem

Some units also have an ignition wire that must be hot for the unit to turn on. Other than that, I can't think of anything else other than a bad unit.

Hope that helps...
