80W90 GL5 would be fine as it is a premium oil.

On the Boss amp, you will need to use rated ohm speakers for each channel. Cross reference the amp for detailed specs.

My engine make a noise on start up and then it goes away later I replaced the tesioner, but the noise is still there Any suggestions ? Thanks Jack Edwards

Is this a clattering noise? hydraulic tappets can sometimes make a clattering noise on start-up as they dont have the oil in them to perform to their best. Maybe try an oil additive to thicken your oil, when was your last service? if not been one for a while I would at leat change the oil and filter, try to get a good quality oil flush to use, this way all of the old stuff will clear through better before refilling with a good quality oil.

Hope this helps.

Does not engage when put in 4 wd but when put in 4 L transfer case goes in 4 low but no front tire drive??

It sounds to me like you either have a problem with the splines between the left axle shaft and left side gear in the differential, or you have side gear or spider gear failure.

The next step is going to be to inspect the spider and side gears in the front differential.

Based on all the information you've given, it almost sounds as if the problem is in the differential.

Although, you should also make sure your truck is either in Park or Neutral BEFORE you engage the 4WD if you haven't tried that yet. I'm sure you probably already knew to do this though...

Best of luck with your truck! Hopefully this helps guide you in the right direction to getting it repaired!

Best Regards,

How many miles can a 99 v6 camry solara can go before chaning oil

Usually recommend every 3000 miles. If over 100,000 miles on vehicle then I typically upgrade to a high mileage oil
Please leave positive rating as well.

Look for an oil dipstick on the mower's deck. If there is no dipstick, it takes mixed gas.

Gauges work sporadicly

I would first check the connector at the rear of the gauges, it might just have to be exercised (plug/unplug it a few times) to clean debris, corrosion and dust (be careful as I remember this uses a membrane circuit board).

Tranmission had motor oil put in it by mystake dove it for one week befor i realised how to repair it the bands have just started sliping

That's not good.
The best advice I can give you is drain the transmission fluid and remove the tranny filter(requires removal of transmission pan), flush several quarts of tranny fluid through with the pan removed to grab any residual oil, replace tranny filter with a new one, reinstall pan, re-fill tranny pan with proper oil and add a whole bottle of "Lucas Transmission Stabilizer". The stabilzer works wonders with the slipping, although if you keep driving it the way it is now you will at worst "grenade" your tranny, if you take the steps above you could still get a lot of life out of it provided no serious damage has already been done. Seek a mechanic if you are not familar with the disassembly mentioned above.

Good Luck
Hope this helps
