Question about Lexmark X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
It is a terminal/fatal problem. If you have warranty information and the product is less than 12 months old, call tech support and have it replaced.
I had the same problem (among many) for this poorly made printer immediately after I replaced the cartridge. I spent two hours with "Keith" from tech support (outsourced to India)--It was like talking to a computer from the 1970s. I initially told him I tried unplugging/restarting/reinstalling and what does he tell me to do?-unplug & restart several times. I understand that he is doing his best and this reflects more on Lexmark and the other companies trying to save a $ by paying low wages to people in other countries.
My printer was only three months old. After giving him date-of-purchase information. They sent me a 'refurbished' printer in about two weeks.
