You have listed two different model numbers.
Please look on the right side of the set and you will see a sticker listing the Model# Serial# and the Version#. I need the Model# and the Version#. If your set has no side sticker then look on the back of the set and read the Model# from there. Then report this info back to me.
the problem is probably the amp inside , but try unplugging the speakers from the board inside, then turn on the tv and tune in a station then plug the speakers in and listen for any conection sound or the tv station sound if nothing at all then the audio amplifier chip will need to be replaced.
if you can solder you will also need to get the numbers from the chip and see if an electronic component supply store has that or can get it
Hi, Yes! the convergance board can stop the unit from coming On. No need to change the board, just change the ICs. This is what it looks like,you will have to remove the board from the unit take note of the wires before removing them, -
