Maybe it is your motherboard, reset bios ... because you can see anything do as it follows , unlupg power coard-open case - pull out little silver battery- wait 10 sec-put it back in- switch power cord and start your computer.. that will reset your bios. cmos more exactlly... if you see the boot menu it is ok.. but if you can go to os.. then you must set you bios video output to pci... try and write back

I want galaxy graphic card drivers

You do not need specific 'Galaxy' drivers. You need the right NVIDIA drivers.
Go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
and type in on the page: Geforce, Geforce 8 Series, GeForce 8400GS,
Your used Operating System, Your used/wanted language and download.

About geforce 8400gs gen2 tc1g 64bit ddr2, it is okey to run in window7 32bit. i already install and run but only read 512mb.

There should be no reason why this card won't work with Windows 7 32bit, it could be as simple as your Graphics drivers are out of date. I recommend downloading the latest Windows 7 drivers for your card at the Nvidia website.

Just remember graphics RAM and SDRAM are two completely different things so they don't add up.
As far as I know the 8400GS is a 256MB card.

Installed GEForce NVidia 8400GS graphic card but no video output. Onboard and other video cards will work. The 8400GS will work in other desktops correctly. Any help would be graet!

Assuming that you have installed the drivers for your new board, go into Control Panel, select Device manager and Display Adapters.
Dissable the onboard adapter and enable the NVidia card.

We have install the nvidiageforce8400 driver during installation showing scatterd display on the lcd what i can do for that

That can not be the right driver for your video card. I suggest you roll back to its previous driver. Look for the latest version of the driver for your video card.

  • spec for the E521, but the card is an older model, according to GeForce it will accept up to Windows XP

    Video Card issues: fried?

Yes, it sounds like either the video card is bad, or the PCI-e slot on the MB is bad. If you do indeed have a PCI-Express x16 slot on the MB, than yes a 9800 series should do fine provided your power supply is up to the requirments needed for the card.
