Bought the Digital Labs Combo, from Kohl's, and remote never worked. Their answer was, ''too bad...''

I have a digital labs TV.dvd combo.number is dt496sa it come without remote.

RCR450 have no setup codes to Apex TV. There is no RCA remote control models have set up codes for Apex brand.

Try Remotes.com they usually have the original or can program a remote to work the tv. Hope this helps.

Wish I knew the answer ... I have the same problem after switching to Dish Network (Satellite). It worked fine with Time Warner Cable. I'm suspecting the signal over Dish is analog (NTSC) which is not supported by this particular TV. I wish I still had the box and receipt!

I just bought this TV and the tech support info is on the back of the manual. Resource is Starlite Consumer Electronics in City of Industry, CA. Ph 866-387-2027. I'll be contacting them for the code myself, but not sure when.

you can easy check if you existing remote really work just look on the IR led with a digital cam and u will be able to see the led flashing
