Wish I knew the answer ... I have the same problem after switching to Dish Network (Satellite). It worked fine with Time Warner Cable. I'm suspecting the signal over Dish is analog (NTSC) which is not supported by this particular TV. I wish I still had the box and receipt!

I just bought this TV and the tech support info is on the back of the manual. Resource is Starlite Consumer Electronics in City of Industry, CA. Ph 866-387-2027. I'll be contacting them for the code myself, but not sure when.
The remote control that came with my Digital Labs tv/dvd combo worked for about 2 seconds and never really worked correctly. Now, I'm trying to find a universal remote that will be compatible. Please help.
