1st backup any file you dont want to lose, then remove your memory card and then format your phone by pressing together the call key, * key, 3 key and the on/off key.

Careful, it will erase your personal data on the phone.
You can try to restore to factory settings by dialling *#7780#
or you can Reformat your phone by dialling *#7370#
or you can go to your local diller to reflash the phone
