I have a Lexmark Fax - Model # X4270. It has been good but now has started showing a message "Enter *9* to start fax" when I am receiving a fax. When I enter the message it tells me to "Enter the Fax Number."

i can not get my fax machine set up. it is a lexmark X4270. if anyone can help me with this i would greatly be apprecitive.
