Question about Philips Magnavox 32PS55S 32" TV
If you don't have experience on electronic troubleshooting then i doubt that you could fix it.
although it could be simple as to a blown fuse, there are other diagnosis to be done.
i suggest you bring it to a reliable service center/person, have it diagnosed and repaired, if you wish not to mess with it and make greater damage to your tv.
