Try changing your home page to just "mail.yahoo.com". You seem to have bookmarked an encrypted page of Yahoo Mail that cannot be recreated. This is what causes your error.

Change homepage on mac

Your homepage is the page that normally appears when you first open Safari.

  1. Open Safari if it is not already open.
  2. Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click General.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To use the page in the current Safari window or tab, click "Set to Current Page."
    • To use another page, type its address in the Homepage field.
    • To use a blank page, delete the contents of the Homepage field so that the field is blank.
  4. If you also want the homepage to appear whenever you open a new Safari window, choose Homepage from the "New windows open with" pop-up menu.
Good Luck!

Windows mail gave me this error message: Account: 'yahoo mail', Server: 'plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR popgate unknown command', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server...

If you have Yahoo! Mail Plus (a paid upgrade), you can access those messages directly from a standard email program (such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc.). You need to configure the account settings in your email program for the Yahoo service.

The settings for incoming mail are:
Incoming (POP) server: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 995
Security: SSL

For more on Yahoo server settings, see this Yahoo help page:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

For details on configuring the WLM email program, see this Microsoft help page:

Why does this box keeps popping when get ready to go on lie?

I think it is just an error in your I.E. i just loaded the page and it was ok. Especially since you close the box and everything is ok after that i wouldn't worry too much about this. You might want to change your home page and see if this continues.
