I have a Toshiba laptop I bought while working in the Middle East. How do I get the Laptop to work when I go back to the USA? The Laptop is 220.

Check the power adapter, it may have an variable input voltage 110 to 220 AC volts, then you only need to get a travel mains voltage converter to suit the US mains outlet.
Otherwise you need to buy a new Toshiba power adapter that operates on 110 AC volts.

MY ACER LAPTOP WAS STOLEN. IS THERE TRACKING HARDWARE ON THE STD SOFTWARE THAT COMES WITH THE COMPUTER... IF NOT HOW DO IT TRACK IT WITHOUT IT??

I do not really think this sort of technology is really with us right now. For future reference , there is software you can install when it is in your possesion in order to log in to the computer if it is stolen such as preyproject.com

Will it be okay to connect a 110 volt laptop to a 220 volt LCD projector?

What voltage is your mains supply?
The laptop's adapter should be a multi-voltage type 110 to 240 volts input.
If your mains is 110 volts AC then the 220 volt AC LCD projector won't work unless you connect it to a step up transformer (110 to 220 volt transformer).
If your mains supply is 220 or 240 volts then both the laptop and the LCD projector will work without any problems.

It is asking me for a primary hdd password and i dont now it

It looks like you activated a hard drive security feature or you acquired a stolen laptop. Without the password, this is a "over and out"... nothing, not even the drive manufacturer can recover your data or make the drive work again. You need to replace the hard drive with a new one.

My compaq presario was stolen can someone get in

Sorry to hear that. Yes. There are ways to hack thru the log on screen. Start keeping an eye on any credit card/bank/debit accounts for unauthorized activity. Changing passwords on any important online accounts like online banking accounts would be a good measure as well.

I have A Gateway S-7700n laptop need help to unlock

I believe that's a BIOS password you are referring to. If the laptop is indeed stolen then this will weed it out.
Call the manufactuer and ask about your problem. They should need certain information to help you, they can help you, sometimes it involves sending it in. HOWEVER, if it's stolen, it will be flagged when it's service tag (BIOS related and unchangable) comes up with someone else's name, address, etc. And authorities will end up being at your door. So, if it's stolen I guess you'll find out :) And if not, well, then your problem will be fixed.

Bios password rest on acer 220 travelmate

Remove keyboard and visible below battery holder is a small board with sliding pins , normally the number 2 pin out of the 8 is in the on position (off to left/on to right) slide 2 pin to off . Slide 6 pin on, reboot F2 for set up and you should be in ,simple as that, but magnifying glass needed to see pin numbers, 8 is nearest touchpad, 1 nearest screen.

HP laptops power supply

Well, as a rule for electronics:
The United States and Canada use 110-volt electricity.
Most countries outside North America use 220-volt electricity.
Unless your appliance is dual voltage, you need to use a "converter" or a "transformer" to change the 220-volt electricity into 110-volt electricity in order to use a 110-volt appliance.
If your appliance is dual voltage, you can switch it to work on 220-volts, without a transformer or converter.

HOWEVER

Desktop units have a selector switch for 110 / 220 volts., which is done away with in the case of laptop one's which sense the input voltage and regulate accordingly.

I think your main concern is just that you have an adapter for the plug to go into the wall outlet.

Hope that helps :)
