I need a manual for a mark V blodgett oven. my boss had me program a mark v oven, which I did. however, my cleaning lady accidently threw out my manual. where or how would i be able to get another? thanks, Izzie

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
The oven has a max temp of 650° if you aren't getting there with the tstat cranked all the way up most likely you don't have enough gas pressure to reach the temp. Or the air shutters are mis adjusted. Gas pressures should be adjusted by a professional technician or contractor with a meter for testing gas pressures. Maybe you need to adjust the thermostat? Do you have a User's Manual? If it's not the thermostat, and your oven is on warranty, you should call service. If nor on wattantym you should pay one of your preference
