Screen has frozen and I can't get anything to work!

Frozen screen on my mobile lg GT500, is there a reset button? when I remove the battery and put it again the screen is still frozen. Help me please?

Try holding the reset for 5-10 seconds, then flip the power switch quickly, three times. If this doesn't work, check the light next to the power switch. If it is flashing yellow, follow the same process. It might take up to three tries.

Try to reformat it. It might be a virus or a bug.

Hold down the Power (top button) and Home buttons at the same time. This will force a reset of the device. Give it awhile to turn back on as well.

Is your phone in the frozen state even after removing the battery for two full minutes? If the phone is still frozen you will not be able to do anything with the phone until this is resolved.
