Your flyback has failed most likely...bad new is they are nearly impossible to find, This is a known issue on most of the models below. The site Tv Repair Kits can sometimes get replacements - but its not often.
This repair kit is known to work on Magnavox TV sets with the following Chassis/Model Numbers.
Your convergence ic's went bad and possibly took out the fuses in that circuit. I believe they are stk392-120's on that set. Also, check all the resistors around them. Should be located on two heatsinks near front of chassis. Good luck.
I really would love to tell you that you can do this on your own, but I would really suggest taking it to a professional and having it fixed. If you don't know what you're doing you could just cause more damage.
