C0500 code in bizhub 210/ 162 is heater code, and it can be solve by pressing the stop button and turn the machine on, dont release the button until themachine reset the code.

This error code indicates low temperature at warmup.Can somestime be reset IF you can find the reset switch.On earlier models it was behind a small panel on the innards of the machine after you open the front door.Good Luck!

locate a pin hole on the right side of the disply panel,and use a paper clip,be very gental and depress it and wait for a samll dot on the left side of the disply panel,as soon as you see it press #3 and than a menue well pop up look for trouble reset botton and turn machine off from the main switch and back on
