On the bottom of the modem there should be a label with the model number and revision, etc. Please post this info, and we'll see if we can find a power cable you can buy.
As an alternative, it is likely that any number of DSL modems will work. So if the power cable is unavailable or too expensive, we may be able to find another modem that will do the same job.
