Reset the grand total.

I would try to input an amount to see if it clears, if you still have manual that came with it there is a number that you can call for help

Try turning the key to Z mode and press CASH. That should clear the main report except for the grand totals which can't be reset. Just ignore them as they are not needed for daily reporting. If you want to remove the GT from the report, there is usually a setting. Hi. Normal end of day reset for Casio is:
Turn key to Z mode Press CASH Wait for printout Turn back to REG mode
