Can somebody pleeeeze help me figure out where the "printhead release latch" is supposed to be????
Just like all the other people, the printer was working great with the ink that came with the printer. One day, out of the blue, it quit printing black and only faintly printed turquoise, and then eventually, nothing. The on-screen status told me I still had half of my ink left, but I went ahead and bought some new ink. Still no luck!
Now, I've gone hunting all over the place and one thing that the "help" center is telling me is that I need to "push up the PRINTHEAD release latch and release the printhead" - but WHERE IS THE PRINTHEAD RELEASE LATCH????
Any "hints" would be greatly appreciated! I'm already pulling my hair out and I'm ready to do my taxes the "old-fashion" way - with a ball point pen!!!

Take out the inktanks the button is in the top center.

I also tried your other suggestions about cleaning the printhead which you advised others to try - it still didn't work... so now, I guess I must "take on" Kodak... ugh! Wish me luck getting a new printhead!

how do i remove the print head and reinstall it.i have a red light on and cant do any thing with it
