Hi, Even though I have checked and rechecked my donor cartridge on my pictography printer I still get the error message, check donor cartridge J603 with the 1 lit up. I have checked for jams, loaded new paper, made sure it's loaded straight and the paper is a clear cut. What next? Kathy
I had the same problem until i check the exact sizes of papers. The Donor paper need to be the exact matching size. typically 4 or 5 millimeters up the reciever size.
I'm guessing your donor cartridge is somehow messed up or out. This rarely happens, but sometimes does. If you have any replacements, or a friend has a replacement, try that.
If that's not the problem, then you most likely have faulty sensors on your printer. Go to the printer website and check in the knowledge base for "faulty sensors". If you can't find anything, try contacting them either through email, live chat, or phone. If It's still covered by warranty, then you can probably have it replaced.
Good luck!

Connectivity is not the problem. It does not get passed the self check at startup. I get a "check donor magazine" message but the magazine is fine.
