Power will not stay on

-   i turn tv on manually and the green light in the on/off switch comes on and goes off 3 times---then will not come back on again-   ralphapugh

-   my t.v powers up ,then down 3 times then it wont do anything for at least a min. wanted to know is there anything i could do to fix this problem. -   Guest

-   my t.v powers up, then it powers down 3 times, then i have to wait around 60 sec tell i can try again. Nothing changes does the same thing all the time.

-   Same problem here. TV is only 2yrs old. When it first started, I was able to turn the power off using the directv remote power button. This would turn off the system, but leave the TV on., (no picture, just black screen) (green light still lite). Then just had to push the power button on remote and TV would be on. But had a power outage and it kicked off the TV. Cannot get it to turn on. Same thing, makes 3 attempts, then u have to wait about 60 seconds to try again. Been doing this for 3 days, no avail!!!! Reviews on this system are horrible!!!! Was told that it sounded like a "high voltage problem"-   Guest
