Replacing lcd screen on samsung A900

I'm ok tech wise, but I want to do this right. I need a service manual or someone to tell me how to open the phone without destroying it. I have a old A900 with a good lcd main screen. My phone is in better shape than this old one except lcd screen. If someone could please help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

-   Just road over the A900 with our Tahoe - still works but both lcd screens are hopelessly cracked and unusable. I can buy a used phone, but how do I disable to replace the screens? I removed the two small screws, but this didn't help. Is the top piece glued?-   Guest

-   I unfortunately dropped my phone on a tile floor ... yes LCD screen went (both small one on the cover and the main one. Tried all of the usual .. removal of battery just in case it needed a video memory restart .. but I think it is a physical break somewhere !

my A900 also works fine other than the screen.....i don't want to buy another a900 just to take a screen out of it, are there any stores that sell replacement screens?
