My fax machine does not receive any document. It does make some ringing tones. However, I can transmit fine.

error message failed pick up I replaced the drum unit now what do I do?

First have the machine in 2005, works well. But hv not used it for 1 year, now can not receive fax, but can send out fine. I just replace new toner, still can not receive fax.

Fax will make a short ring then disconnect in both manual & auto answer modes.

Try going through menu and turn ECM to no or invalid also try adsl filter on incoming line
