No heat. the tumble works fine apart from no heat
any ideas?
You dont indicate if its gas or electric.
for both you may check the highlimit switch.
there may be two on ur unit depending on age.
they are located on the back panel and can be removed with a simple screwdriver. of course different models have different locations ..just poke around. (some are round disc others are plastic and both have a wire comming in and one going out of it) when they go bad they dont allow heat section of the dryer function (yea its a safety issue) if u have a meter test it, this should be a n/o switch if its closed...continunity (bad spellng) portion of the meter is used for this. simple check to do. you can do it with the machine off. email if you have more questios.
