A3200 error is -
Exposure lamp problem
• In indicator check before starting
copying, the average value in scanning
of the shading plate with the
CCD is 128 or more.
Is the copy lamp coming on when yo make a copy? Try cleaning the optics. Also there is a white strip on the buttom side of the glass on the left side, make sure it is clean.

My Canon 6512 photo copier machine does not take the paper beyond the pickup/Feeding assembly/ it stacks around the developing assembly (OPC Drum)

Dear
the paper first picked up from tray and feed up upto registration sensor and stops for a while, then image formation starts, paper flows to heating assy..
You have not mentioned any error code and jammed area detail. also check the life of the feeder assy. and pickup roller.
Before doing activities do clear all error in the machine list.
Thanks.

I have a IR2200I copier and paper keeps getting jammed when feeding through the machine where it should circulate at the side and come out onto the feeding tray. The paper just folds back inside the...

Hello,
it sounds to me like the registration clutch is faulty. The symptoms of faulty clutch are: "Z" or "S" folded paper in section before drum ( in right side way door ) and image goes out out of center or in very big angle.

Its hard to say without seeing the machine.

You can also try to clean the paper path rollers in right side way of copier, but I don't think that will help!

I can only give you the service manual, write me on [email protected].

Paper is not being fed from paper holding drawer. sometimes makes clicking sound. Copier does work when single piece of paper is fed through right hand side of machine

It sounds like the feed tire is dirty, OR the feed clutch has sprung. Remove the paper tray On the right side of the copier where you feed the single sheet, you pull down the door. This exposes a fat gray or black feed roller. Take a clean dry towel and dampen it with wd 40. Gently wipe the roller with the cloth turning the roller toward the paper exit direction. Let the WD 40 soak in for ten minutes, replace the paper tray and try to make a copy. If it does, you need a feed roller which will rquire a service cal/take it in. If still no feed the 'clicking' may be a sprung clutch, service call required.

If this helps, please let me know with a vote, thanx

SYSTEM ERROR L1-00

some thing in the machine drive is not moving or clutching. Any noise? When was the last time it had a good cleaning. These copiers have feed clutches that sit right under toner cqrtridge and are a problem area, and not realleasy to change.

If you have noise/paper feed problem it's probably that problem. I hate to say it but a service call is probaqbly in order.

I have a canon image class d680. the machine no

Have you tried to clean the pick up rollers with a rag with a small amout of WD-40 or Simple Green. Clean the roller then whip off with a dry rag. If the problem improves you need to replace the pick up rollers. If not you may have to replace the paper feed clutch. Also, look to see if the seperation pad is ingaging when the paper tray is pushed in. Open the left side door. I've seen the actuator break. Also, have you tried to use the manual feed tray???? I know you made sure the paper guides in the paper tray are set correctly for the size paper in the tray??? Good Luck

Smudged image in HP 8000dn

You need a new TRANSFER ROLLER, it's the spongy roller under the drum.

Sound during paper take up.

is it a clicking noise? If so, pull out the toner unit and the drum unit-is there any toner(and developer) spilled into the back of the machine where the toner unit came from? If so, this will have found its way into the feed clutches at the back causing them to jump gears and slip the drive....you can vacuum out the spill but it is a fairly involved job to clean out the clutches, let's just hope I'm wrong.Other than that more info is required to make a half reasonable guess at the problem

WRONG PAPER FEED

sounds like the paper size you are using is not set for that type.
If it is Letter you are using make sure you have letter in the tray, and depending on the machine it must also be in the same direction. If it is letter the long way make sure it is in the tray the same way.

Paper feeds in too far for copying

sounds like the registration clutch is sticking, unplug machine. the reg. clutch is located in the middle of the machine, under the drum unit, it should have about 4 little gray rollers on it, @ the rear of the shaft in the back part of the machine you will see the reg. clutch. take a little bit of alcohol and pour it over the clutch and move the roller to get the toner/dirt out of the clutch. let the alcohol dry. try machine.
