Question about Velbon Victory 550 Grounder Tripod with PH-156Q 3 Way Fluid
The thumb screw which should allow me to adjust the tripod head plate to variable angles on my Velbon VEF-3 tripod no longer grips. That means I can only use the tripod head in the horizontal position. Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
