Your screen appears to be cracked. When this happens on occasion the glass shards will put pressure on the screen. Your phone reads that location as where your finger is. That will stop you from unlocking the screen. The obvious answer is to replace your screen. If you are on a budget and can't do that you may want to place it glass down on a table and gently tap the back. This may allow the glass shards to shift away from the spot recieving pressure. It isn't 100% solution but on occasion I have gotten it to work.
This sounds like the register-deregister problem elsewhere on this page. Try holding down the "end" and "#" buttons for about 6 seconds to deregister the phones and then reregister them.
I had this problem too and it worked for me.
