Format and re-install windows or use the factory recovery partion if you have it. You might have the recovery cd, just boot it up with it in the cd drive and follow the on-screen prompts

When you boot, you get a menu with "safe mode" as one of the options. Next time you boot, watch the screen closely and wait for that menu. Then using the arrows on your keyboard, scroll down to "repair computer". Further instructions in the link below.
needs new hard drive, new reinstalation of vista or xp. the problem is it passes Bios but it doesnt load the operating system, it passed the video graphic permission.
press f8 during restart then choose last known good
if still can't load f8 again then safemode do a disk defrag and then restart
if you still get same error or cannot get on let me know so i can try another solution

either missing files on boot sector or a virus. try loading the windows cd and boot from it and repair boot sector or format and reinstall windows if boot repair doesnt work.
