My motorola razr v3xx give me a black screen and a message that told me the name of the motorola software so i thinked to change the software but when i connect it to compiuter it told me: battery low can't load program,i've tried to change battery too but its the same thing,hope you can help me

that seems to be a common problem with the Razr. i wound up taking mine into a ATT warranty repair center and was told after waiting several minutes that this is a defect with the Razr and that my phone would need to be replaced. thankfully it was in warranty still.
Problem is a known issue with V3xx. If Inbox/outbox combined are above 300 messages, text messages are sent as picture messages. Use the auto-cleanup if you'd like, or manually delete texts, but I've had this issue with my V3xx since I first got it, and was told this same answer by AT&T tech support.
no, you will not find a free software but you can find one cheap at ebay . i got one just paid only 5.00 the name is "motorola phone tools software" and you download in just seconds.
Under the settings for usb connection type change the setting to memory card connection. This is subject to having a memory card (Micro sd) installed. Otherwise you may have to install motorola phone software into your computer and use this to update files on your phone. Regards, David M-G
