Question about HP DeskJet 950c InkJet Printer
My HP Deskjet 950c Inkjet refuses to print. The error message is: "incorrect black ink cartridge". I have the original cartridge in the machine but I am using a refill kit. I have refilled the cartridge before and it has worked fine but now it refuses to print and keeps on giving me the same error message.

I suggest you inspect the bottom, to see if anything is compromising the connection pad.
