My sound doesn't work, but if I plug my headphones in the sound is fine. I don't know if the speakers don't work or if there is some stupid switch that I'm not seeing. I have the quick touch/quick play buttons and they don't make noise anymore when I touch one to increase the volume, decrease volume, etc. Please help!

Yes, I have tried. Everything is normal in the control panel. Any other suggestions?

I have no sound at all. I checked control panel and everything I could think of but they are all in order but I still cannot get sound. Also my mute touch button does not work anymore.

Wizhmmm...check the sound settings in the control panel first..

hmmm..ok...then you may have a bad sound card, or a bad port for the speakers
