i don't know if there is a problem with my board.i just gave you the board number because i thought it might be helpful.my question was do you think maybe my power supply can't handle the 2 gigs of memory that i just installed.it's a 430 watt supply.or do you think that there could be another problem causing the double boot.thankyou

Hi,
that means your pc can't work so u have to check that your smps working or not if it is working then check the connector inside the cabinet. Then u have problem then tell me taht yr VGA out put ok or not.
or
remove 1 RAM then check. may be one of yr RAM slot is damage.
