I like rockford fosgate.mtx are strong ,also sound steam make very good speakers for the dollar.i had the old zues 600. the 1st 1.best amp ever made that thing doesnt quit.also most speakers on the market couldn't handle it,except for the 1212 foscates, and i had mtx thunders. broke my window.i haven't really been on the seen .kickers are good but they r not wat they use to be..i asked you oncer wat kind of vehicle u have.for type of encl;osure
i put a small 8 pyle driver sub.w/ small 1000 watt ampsin aseel enclusre in a vw golf. in the car u wooupld ve thought he had 2 12's.wat r u looking for in a sub? want to be heard from blocks awy?
or u want clean .,window breaking sound?

How do you wire 2 15 inch kicker cvx dvc 4 ohm subs to a 1700.1D hifonixs mono amp so i can get the most power

Wire both hot wires together and both ground wires together then wire them to the amp with the hot on one speaker output and the ground on the other speaker ground. This puts them in the bridged position. Pulls the maximum watts out the amp and unbelievable sound.

I have a kicker cvx 12" dual 2 ohm sub. It is seized. I was running it on a jl e1400d amp at 400 watts 1ohm. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Unfortunately no. Once the voice coil is blown, that's it. I know that kicker has some recone kits, but the speaker is not able to be broken down for repair. I think you can send them off to kicker for repair, but for the cost, you can almost buy a new one. Sorry, I know it's not what you wanted to hear. www.kicker.com

My brand kicker speakers are bottoming out with the volume down very low and no amp. it makes them make a very loud noice and sound like ****!!! helppppppp

ARE THEY DUAL VOICE COIL SUBS ? IF SO ITS + TO + AND - TO - . AND IF YOUR SPEAKERS ARE RATED FOR A HIGHER RMS THEN YOU ARE PUTTING OUT .TO LITTLE POWER TO TO BIG OF SPEAKER IS ALMOST AS BAD AS TO MUCH TO TO LITTLE.OR THERE BLOWN AND IF SO I HAVE 2 NEW KICKER CVX DVC 1500W SUBS IN SELLING FOR 250 AND A 1600W SUB CLASS D HIPHONICS AMP FOR 200 .GOOD LUCK

Dont know how should the wires be wired on the sub

You have polarity problems there. Try swapping the wires and see if the cones goes up or down... You got the right polarity if the speaker produces sounds when you connect it to your subs.

I just bought a kicker cvx 12' less than a month ago and im pushing it with a alpine mrp-650 which is rated for 600w rms and the sub is rated for 750 RMS and i only had the amp turned up half way and i...

Yes, only if you can prove it and believe me, they have so many loop holes now that they can pretty much do what they want. The fact is though, the RMS ratings on speakers can vary, but usually mean either Max watts or Normal (constant) listening range, depending on manufacturer. The other thing to mention is, to get the best sound out of your speakers, they say to put exactly half the watts of power to the RMS watts that your speakers are made for, just for future reference. Hope this helps some and good luck!

Both Positives on both subs ultimately to + on amplifier
Both Negtives on both subs ultimately to - on amplifier

This will net a 1 ohm mono load for your amplifier.

I wonder if i get two kicker cvx 10 can be push by jl audio 500.1

It can but it'd be a waste for your subs. 1 of those by itself will handle that amp. it'll push them just not really hard, i'd recommend an upgrade to a 1100-1200 watt rms amp if you're gonna run 2 cvx's. if you only run one sub that amp'll work well...
