I don't know computers.
I have an old nano 4gb, I purchased a new 8gb for my wife. When i try to install and download music on itunes the license agreement pops up and I click on agree and then click save, a save screen pops up and i hit save but nothing happens..?? The license agreement stays up..? What do i do, what am i doing wrong??

The first thing that you should do is download itunes from the apple website at www.apple.com/itunes once installed open up itunes and then plug in the supplied usb cable into the ipod and the other end into your computer. From itunes you can then go onto the apple store and buy music from the store or if you have music on CDs you can use itunes to pull the CDs onto your computer and from itunes and clicking on the devices section you can transfer the music onto your ipod. ok when your pc reads your ipod go to my computer look for drive g then open it look for music file there you will see your music all you need to do is drag your music on ipod to your music file on pc and a prestow you got what you want
Apple you will find every thing you want her ? if it music the easy way i find is to conect to pc goto my computer look for drive G then open and look for music file then go to my doc and look for your music then drag all your music to drive G MUSIC
