there is a fan that moves air from freezer to refrigerator. may not be working. check you door switches to make sure they are working. just push them in and make sure lights go off, etc.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
