You need to set up port forwarding, so your router passes the correct ports to your computer
For me to help more, I'd need your router model number, and you need to find out what port the program uses (there might be an option to change the port in the program itself)

- I've just looked into it, I think the port you want to forward is 8888.Get me the model number of your router and i'll give you steps on how to set up port forwarding
