Have you tried how many times please specify. You have tried 5 times means You cannot Unlock it...Because Nokia has only 5 Unlocking tries,You need to flash it after missed the tries.,if you not missed five attempts means You can Unlock it simply, you have tried what method?
You can unlock it simply using the unlock code,You can get the Unlock code from here Theunlockarena.com and Unlock it from Network Lock, then you use any GSM Network Sim card....You can enter the code correctly using the Unlocking instructions below,But specify the Network lock, country to get the code,Because CDMA Network won't be get Unlocked ,only GSM Network lock can be unlocked.

Nokia N8 Unlocking InstructionsWarning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Nokia N8 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Nokia N8 mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1 - Switch on your Nokia N8 without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia N8.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#.
4 - The Nokia N8 would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!

Note :For Nokia N8 mobile phones locked to the network Fido or Rogers in Canada follow these instructions :
1 - Switch on your Nokia N8 without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia N8.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+7#.
4 - The Nokia N8 would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!

The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly
The symbol + appears if you press the button star(*) two times quickly

Tried to unlock it but does not work. The 15 digits is 357999035259730. or should i just call to get it done?

No, don't call it !

Since you didn't tell us the model, please try the solution below:

Model : Most Nokia's (excluding BB5 Models)

1 - Switch ON your phone without a SIM Card
2 - Enter the code ( e.g. #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7# )

Important Note: If your model is a Nokia BB5 Model then you need to enter #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+1# (XXX's = the code)

The letter P will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * ) 3 times
The letter W will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * ) 4 times
The letter + will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * ) 2 times

3 - The phone should show the message "SIM Restriction Off" or a similar message to confirm that is it unlocked!
4 - You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose to enter all the codes.
If nothing happens after you enter the full unlocking code, re-enter the code using these alternative method.

Alternative method 1: Most Nokia's

1 - Switch ON your phone with a sim card that it does NOT accept
2 - The phone will either prompt you for a restriction code or give you the option to click on "undo"
3 - Now re-enter the unlock code and you should get the message "SIM Restriction Off" or a similar message.
4 - You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose to enter all the codes we sent you.
Alternative method 2: Newer Models : e.g. Nokia 6010, 6020, 6021, 6101

1 - Switch ON your phone with a sim card that it accepts and allow the phone to load to the main screen
2 - Now type the unlock code and press the green call button to enter it (you may not need to hit the green button)
3 - You should get the message "SIM Restriction Off" or a similar message to confirm that the phone is now unlocked.
4 - You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose to enter all the codes you received.
5. If the #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7# code does not work try the #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+1# code.

Unlock Codes Troubleshooting:
Error - "Code error message"
Do not attempt entering any further unlock codes if you get this message. You only get 5 attempts at getting the correct unlock code and after that you will no longer be able to unlock your phone using unlock codes.

Error - "cannot undo restriction / not allowed"
This message means that you have used up your 5 attempts that you get to enter the correct unlock code. You phone can no longer be unlocked using unlock codes. The only way you will now be able to unlock you phone is by purchasing unlocking hardware and/or software to physical unlock your phone using an unlock data cable.

Note: If you got this message in less than 5 attempts, bear in mind that the previous owner may have already used up some of the 5 attempts. Unfortunately, there is no way of resetting the counter on the phone.

I enter many codes when i click the real code i cant unlock my cell phone anymore

Hi,your phone is locked already therefore the real code is no longer able to access the phone,you have to get a new unlock code.Here is a detailed solution on how to get the unlock code for your nokia phone;
STEP 1 Before trying anything else, contact your service provider and ask for an unlock code. Usually, if you've been a customer of theirs for some time, they will provide you with an unlock code for free. This is, by far, the best way to get your phone unlocked.
STEP 2 Download software to generate the unlocking code. Software is available on some websites for free and some pay websites that also offer support if things go wrong. See external links below.

STEP 3 Find the Serial number of the cell phone, also known as your IMEI NUMBER. This can be done by either removing the back of your cell phone and looking underneath the battery, or simply by typing in *#06# into your cell phone. It should be something like: 010082321439976/07951780736

STEP 4 Using the software you have downloaded, enter in your Manufacturer (which is in this case Nokia), and sliding the card out. Put the battery back in and power the phone on.

STEP 5 You will see a message "Insert SIM Card". Enter all of the characters you see in your code, including the # symbols. To get a 'p' press * 3 times, to get a '+' press the * key 2 times, to get a 'w' press the * key 4 times. Disregard any spaces in the code

STEP 6 In order to unlock your phone you generally need to enter only one code. Start with the first one. If your phone is not unlocked by typing the first code (MCC+MNC), use code "7" (Multilock)
STEP 7 Once you have finished entering a code that works you should see a message that says "SIM is not restricted" or "Restriction off" message depending on your model. If not, try entering another code. Message "Cannot undo restrictions" means the phone is "hard-locked" and cannot be unlocked by code

Thanks and take care

Theres a restricted code can u pls answer this?

Warnings
Attempting to unlock your phone is done at your own risk. Although unlocking your phone is legal, some cell phone operators might choose to void your warranty should you unlock your phone (then again, some cell phone operators won’t mind).

You should see a message “Insert SIM Card”. Begin entering your generated code. Enter all of the characters you see in your code, including the # symbols. To get a ’p’ press * 3 times, to get a ’+’ press the * key 2 times, to get a ’w’ press the * key 4 times. Disregard any spaces in the code.

Once you have finished entering a code that works you should see a message that says “SIM is not restricted” or “Restriction off” message depending on your model. If not, try entering another code. Be careful, entering a wrong code 5 times will mean that you will only be able to unlock the phone with a data cable.

Undo registration code

Hi,

Before trying anything else, contact your service provider and ask for an unlock code.

Usually, if you've been a customer of theirs for some time, they will provide you with an unlock code for free. This is, by far, the best way to get your phone unlocked.

Download software to generate the unlocking code. Software is available on some websites for free and some pay websites that also offer support if things go wrong.

See external links below.

Find the Serial number of the cell phone, also known as your IMEI number.

Using the software you have downloaded, enter in your Manufacturer (which is in this case Nokia), your model number, and your IMEI number.

Also enter your country and the Network. Calculate the code, this may be different depending on which software you are using. If your phone is the Nokia 6300phone, select the model 6300, they are the same phone.

#pw+403927744443466+7#

Remove the SIM card from your Nokia phone.

This is typically done by removing the back cover of the phone and removing the battery and sliding the card out. Put the battery back in and power the phone on.

You will see a message "Insert SIM Card".

Enter all of the characters you see in your code, including the # symbols.

To get a 'p' press * 3 times, to get a '+' press the * key 2 times, to get a 'w' press the * key 4 times.

Disregard any spaces in the code.

In order to unlock your phone you generally need to enter only one code.

Start with the first one. If your phone is not unlocked by typing the first code (MCC+MNC), use code "7" (Multilock)

Once you have finished entering a code that works you should see a message that says "SIM is not restricted" or "Restriction off" message depending on your model.

If not, try entering another code. Message "Cannot undo restrictions" means the phone is "hard-locked" and cannot be unlocked by code.

Tips

Unlocking only applies to GSM phones, phones using other cellular technologies, cannot be unlocked without special software and hardware.

Switch off the phone. Hold the keys "3", "*" and "Call" and switch the phone on. Keep the buttons held down till you see the word "Formatting..." on the screen. Make sure that the battery is full charged before you attempt this. This should reset the phone lock code.

Warnings

Attempting to unlock your phone is done at your own risk.

Although unlocking your phone is legal, some cell phone operators might choose to void your warranty should you unlock your phone (then again, some cell phone operators won't mind).

Most phones only allow you to try a certain number of unlock tries, Nokia phones have a limit of 5 tries.

After that, the phone becomes "hard-locked", meaning it cannot be unlocked without using special equipment.

Most of the newer phones will not work with the codes generated by the free unlock programs.

Locked SIM card

Brother 3 time inserting of wrong security code gives "Enter PUK" message, 10 times entering wrong PUK code gives "Sim blocked" message. If there is "Enter PUK" message u can get it from service provider but if there is "Sim blocked" no one can do anything to your sim. You have to change your SIM in that case. Your service provider can replace your blocked SIM with another new SIM in normal charge. If this answer satisfied u do vote.
