HP 5610 Envelope Printing Problem
The HP5610 Printer I have is not printing text on the envelope. The settings are correct and the envelope is inserted correctly. It was working fine, but is not now. I have reloaded the printer disc, rebooted, and turned my computer off and printer off. If I move the envelope to the left side where it is printing, the envelope jams.

Had this same problem. Went to Microsoft Office site and downloaded Service Pack 3 for Word 2000 and Security update #KB934392 and the printer started printing on the correct side again.
