Question about Smeg SE399X/5 Stainless Steel Electric Single Oven
Quite easy. take oven out and remove top plate. you will see stat behind the temp control knob - usually just clipped on(sometimes stat becomes unclipped which will cause your problem as well)
remove stat and undo capilliary from mounts inside oven. reassemble in same way. note where wires go before you remove them!
