You'll need to log into the voicemail server or PBX that hosts the VM and reset the passcode for each mailbox you're trying to access. If you have an embedded Mitel VM you can change the passcode by logging into the Admin mailbox then select option 2 to edit mailboxes, pick the mailbox to edit and follow the prompts until you have the option to change passcode
I assume you forgot the passcode to a voicemail box , not the pass code to the voice mail system. The easiest way to fix your problem is to enter voice mail programming(from a telephone) and delete the box and then create the same box again. That way the mailbox when created will come up with the system default pass code
you can retrieve msg by calling your cell from land line so its dont cost you minutes. once the voice mail answers. press the star then inter your passcode to voice mail when prompted.
