Ozito electric chainsaw oiler won't work

Personally, I would leave the oiler adjustment to a qualified repair shop. If you turn it back to much, it will get even less oil and will starve the chain/bar!!

The oiler will not work i took the bar and chain off cleaned everything but it will not oil the chain

Most machined will have an oil filter in the tank, drain the chain oil out and fill the oil tank with a suitable cleaning fluid, rinse the tank out a few times, this will help to clean the filter if it is blocked.

I have a husqvarna 345 with an 18 inch bar and i keep burning the tip up. the oiler is working but its not putting enough oil to the bar. iv checked and found that the oiler is not adjustable and i cant...

At the end of the bar there's a small hole. Every time you fill the oil you should also put some oil into that hole and turn the chain so it spreads into the bearing. The chain oil is not intended to be enough for that bearing. I hope that will solve your problem.

Chain oil leaks. repair shop. no need to repair. will start leaking again after few uses. is this true ? husqvarna 359

My 359 doesn't weep oil, one of very few that don't. But the oiler has never been turned above 3 or below 1.
Did you perhaps turn the oiler adjustment to far? It has only 3 positions. Check your manual.
Return it to the repair shop and make them stand by their work. If it stops when picked up from repair shop then starts again later something you are doing is the likely cause. Read your manual about oiler adjustment.

I have 3 older Poulan chain saws, XXV, 1800, and 2000, essentially identical saws. They all use a check valve from the crankcase to pressurize the chain oil reservoir. The check valve apparently uses an...

These oilers are called diaphragm oilers and work fairly well when the saw is new with great compression. As the saw wears out, the compression drops and a side effect is less oil pumped. The diaphragm is replaceable and it's not horribly expensive. Most good saws use a gear oiler - and even the newer Poulans use gear oilers. The gear oilers tend to have less problems and don't rely on engine compression.

Oiler not working, need diagram to fix

HI. IF YOU GOT YOUR SAW NEW THERE SHOULD OF BEEN A DIGRAIM SHOWING YOU HOW IT WORKS. THATS THE BEST YOU WILL GET UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE AT THE SAW SHOP BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW HOW TO TAKE THEM APART AND PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER. GOOD LUCK. JIMBO

Can't get the chain oiler to work. Using standard bar oil.

You can always put some penentrating oil in the saw oil tube by the bar, spray it in with the plastic straw attatched. Sometimes this will clean things out. As far as the tube being un attatched,,,, taking case apart is usually the remedy - kinda takes a while... :) Hope this helps you, Rick.
