Hi, I am getting 1cm white horizontal lines when i try to print in b&w. Also when printing in colour the black won't print at all (no prob with ink ..its full. I have taken out the cradle and cleaned it and deep cleaned via maintenance to no avail. Any ideas?

ur cardige has damged change the cardige of your printer & your printer problem will be solved
