Recover deleted files on card

For that, you must insert the card in an external memory card reader and connect it to your computer. There are lots of recovery programs on the net, (all memory card brands have one) but you could start here:
Memory Card Data Recovery
When the show you what files you could undelete, but they ask money to do so (for another program) please just look for another program. I did find some free ones, but don't know them all. I use RescuePRO from SanDisk.

How to recover deleted image folders back from camera memory card?

First, don't use the card till you recovered the pic's.

free software to recover your files on a memory card:
http://www.memorycard.freedatarecoverysoftware.org
Lots of memory card brands do have the software too.
Sometimes the recover software shows what files are still on the card and ask money for the recovery. Just try another program.

Don't forget to make backups from you memory card on a regularly basis.

Mac loads and runs fine, but every time I try to update the programs on my Mac it keeps asking for a password, I don't know.

Which program were you trying to update? Are you trying to download and install new software (that is not from Apple App Store?) Are you running Mountain Lion (OSX 10.8)? The password needed is your administrator password.

I cannot figure out in the RS6 menu how to delete a device program. I have two programs for my cleaner and want to delete one. Anyone know?

The best thing you can do is to clear the memory for the system this should be done once in awhile it is like rebooting your computer.

Here are the steps;
1. Press the menu button
2. Now press < button till System Setup is displayed
3. Press enter
4. Press < till "Clear Memory" is displayed
5. Press Enter
6. Press Enter
You will get a message saying " System Memory is being Cleared"
Once it is done the display will go back to scrolling mode

Now reprogram the system as you normally would

You should do this "rebooting" once a year it will make the system run alot better.
Aqualink systems can get a issue called "Ghosting" which is equipment will get programed to run all on it's own. We see it alot in the bigger systems (RS8 and up) for some reason. We are a Jandy warranty center have been for 10 years now.
Hope this helps

Sansa fuze won't load or play vids on either pc or mac running OS leopard, tried everything. Have notice that when deleting 'EMPTY' files on sansa fuze, the do not actually clear out and free up memory on...

I have the Sansa Fuse 2mb player and use the Sansa Media center converter to convert and load files. Assuming you have an atypical display you should be able to right click on the file and delete without a problem; however, I'll have to look up what mine does to when I try to clear. Also, you CANNOT load video AND audio at the same time. You MUST do them separately. I hope this answers some of the problem.

Luckily, there are many software applications that can help you recover your lost digital photos. Pictures can be recovered because when a photo is deleted from a memory card, the link to the photo is removed, but not the actual data. You can think of it this way: you go to a library and look up a book in the database, but don’t find any information. Maybe the book was new and had not been put into their online system yet, but the physical book is still in the library, you just can’t find it easily.
Photo recovery programs because ignore the link and read all the books in the library and just spit them back out for you. They usually work very well unless some serious damage has been done to your card. One program that I have used, which does an excellent job and is totally free, is ArtPlus Digital Photo Recovery.
The program is only 1MB in size and doesn’t even have to be installed on your computer, it just a single executable file. To recover your photos, first connect the camera to your computer or use a card reader. Download the program and run it.
Go ahead and click Run Digital Photo Recovery at the top. Click Next and choose the drive for your memory card:
digital-photo-recovery.png Next choose the target folder where you want to save the recovered photos:
recover-photos.png Finally, go ahead and click Start to begin the process. Depending on the size of your memory card and your computer’s speed, the process can be anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. Either way, I’m sure the waiting time will be worth it!
photo-recovery.png I’ve tested the program by simply deleting all the photos off of my memory card (of course I saved them first) and running the program to see what it could recover. I was quite impressed with how well it worked! I was able to get back more than 90% of my photos. The other 10% were a little messed up and some were just empty files, but most came out perfect! Give it a shot and hopefully it works!
